Portal Home > Knowledgebase > Elgg > My Elgg install has not be done yet...why?
Before we can install elgg, you must have your domain pointing to our servers.
Uk servers or europe: ns.mynetname.co.uk, ns2.mynetname.co.uk.
USA servers: ns1.simpleserversusa.com, ns2.simpleserversusa.com
When these changes have been made, please allow 24 hours for the domains to propagate. Elgg install will then be completed.
