How do I access my Hosting UK Client Area?
- Visit https://billing.hostinguk.net.
- You can log in using your simple servers credentials
- If you can't access the client area:
- Click the "Forgot Password?" option on the login page.
- You'll be redirected to the password reset page.
- Enter the email address associated with your Hosting UK (formerly Simple Servers) account.
- Follow the instructions in the email to securely reset your password.

How do I get support or raise a ticket?
All support queries must now be submitted via your Hosting UK customer portal. Access the portal here.
Existing Simple Servers Tickets will all be accessible in your support area.
How do I make payment for my services?
- Log in to your Hosting UK Client Area and add a valid payment method.
- For BACS payments, update your payment details to:

Legal Update & Contracts.
SimpleServers (a division of iomart Managed Services Limited, registered number SC275629) (“iomart”) is now part of Easyspace Limited trading as Hosting UK (registered number 03405586) (“Easyspace”), a wholly owned subsidiary of iomart Group plc (registered number SC204560). As part of that and effective from 31st March 2025, your contract has been assigned to Easyspace trading as Hosting UK.
Easyspace trading as Hosting UK will deliver your services that were performed by iomart and those services will continue to be delivered as they are currently albeit by Easyspace Limited - trading as Hosting UK, effective from 31st March 2025
No further action is required from you to affect this transfer of your contract. Please be assured that the transfer of your customer contract to Easyspace trading as Hosting UK did not modify the terms and conditions of your customer contract. You can rest assured that from your perspective, it will be “business as usual” and you will continue to receive the same services.
Invoices generated after 31st March 2025 will be sent by Easyspace trading as Hosting UK.
